Notes

This new fileset was re-tracked (Jam and tuning, etc. moved to end of tracks),
re-patched, and encoded in FLAC on 11/9/2007.

MSR>PCM>DAT>CD>EAC>WAV supplies Bertha through cut in The Other One (d4t04);
MAC>R>R>CD>DAT>WAV>SHN (from shnid=16889) supplies various patches and Johnny B. Goode (see below);
MSC>R>C>WAV>FLAC (from shnid=85957) supplies patches in The Race Is On (d1t07) and I Know You Rider (d2t05)
MSR>C>DAT>CD>EAC>WAV supplies end of The Other One (d4t04) through end of set 2.

EAC extraction, editing using Cool Edit Pro 2.0, and FLAC encoding by Sean Cribbs.
Shntool was used to verify/correct all track sector boundaries.
